PROCESSING TIME


Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Ontario, Canada. We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES


- Canada: 3-7 business days (standard), 1-3 business days (expedited)

- United States: 5-10 business days (standard), 3-5 business days (expedited)

- International: 10-21 business days (varies by destination)


Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events beyond our control.


COLLECTIBLE DISPLAY SWORDS AND REPLICA WEAPONS


Due to the nature of collectible display swords and replica weapons, these items require special handling and packaging:

TRACKING


Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.


SHIPPING ADDRESS


Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested before the order ships by contacting us at animeoasisinc@gmail.com.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES


If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at animeoasisinc@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES


For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility.
